Desc:- After pick from Chandigarh Airport/Railway station, start your wonderful vacation to Himachal starting from Shimla. Reach Shimla within 4 hours and check into the hotel. Day 6 :
Chitkul

Desc:- Today morning after breakfast, visit to Chitkul village. Chitkul is the last inhabited village situated near Indo-Tibet border at a distance of 20 km from Sangla. This village lies on the right bank of River Baspa. The most popular attraction of this village is the temple of local goddess ‘ChitkulMaathi’ also known as ‘Mata Devi’. . Day 7 :
Kalpa

Desc:- Today morning after breakfast, check-out from the Hotel & drive to Kalpa – District Headquarter of Kinnar & once a favorite haunt of Lord Dalhousie. Arrive Kalpa & Check-in to the Hotel. Kalpa was known as Chini back in the days when it was the Regional Capital. Kalpa has changed little in the last 500 years. It is said that as & when Lord Dalhousie wanted to take a break from his hectic schedule in Shimla, he would come here on his Horseback. Each & every corner of Kalpa facing Jorkanden & the Kinner Kailash Peaks, considered as one of the mythical homes of Lord Shiva & by its side is a 79 foot rock formation that resembles a Shivlinga that changes the colour as the day passes & is visible to the naked eye on a clear day. Desc:- After breakfast we will visit the Kalpa village and the nearby Roghi village. These villages are covered with thick pine forests and are famous for apricots and apples. The finest view of the Mt. Kinner Kailash Mountain (6000 metres) can be had from here. This is a spectacular sight early in the morning as the rising sun touches the snowy peaks with crimson and gold light. Kalpa is situated at an altitude of 2759 m from the sea level, on the old Hindustan Tibet Road at a distance of 260 km from Shimla. Earlier it was the District Headquarter of Kinnaur. It is 14 KMS. It has all the characteristics of a heritage village. Day 9 :
Nako

Desc:- Today morning after breakfast check-out from Kalpa Hotel & drive to Nako. En-route visit Nako Lake – Kinnaur’s most picturesque hamlets. Nako is slated to be declared a heritage village built around a small lake & has an important Buddhist Gompa & a small Temple. Day 10 :
Tabo

Desc:- Today morning after early Breakfast, participate in the morning prayers. Tabo Monastery constructed in 996 AD; – not just in Spiti but in the whole of the Tibetan Buddhist world is called Chogs – Khor [‘Doctrinal Circle’ or ‘Doctrinal Enclave’]. It is a complex that holds 9 Temples, 23 Chortens, a Monk’s Chamber & an extension that houses the Nun’s Chamber. On the sheer cliff-face above the enclave are a series of Caves, used as dwellings by the Monks & includes an Assembly Hall. The monastery contains large number of Scriptures & Pieces of Art, Wall Painting & Stucco.
